Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. More regions may be added as Red Line High continues to grow.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on Canadian and U.S. orders over $100.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method but current times are 8-10 business days.
Will I have to pay duties or import fees?
U.S. customers may be charged duties or import fees depending on local regulations. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are not controlled by Red Line High.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How do I request a return or exchange?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Read the full policy here.

For longevity, we recommend washing cold and air drying or tumble drying on low heat.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No problem, if the item is unworn and within our return window, we’ll help arrange an exchange.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Popular items may be restocked, but limited releases are not guaranteed.
